For efficient and profitable operation of photovoltaic systems the assessment of the actual electrical energy yield becomes more important than the power given on the numberplate.
Yield of solar modules depends, besides temperature, on parameters which are mostly unknown: Spectral performance, performance for low angles of incidence, performance for low irradiance levels, state of degradation/regeneration. PI-Berlin will also test for these parameters and carry out performance calculations.
For actual project sites PI-Berlin may assist you with consistent monitoring of performance and energy yields in order to minimize investment risks.
